why does it always rain on me? (go back »)

Okay. Since the last time I wrote on here, this is what has happened to me:

1) I got excited because my mom was seriously considering buying plane tickets for my brother and I to go to Florida! We went scouring all over the net for the best deals. But because my brother isn't eighteen, I couldn't go. So we've decided to postpone it until after my birthday.

2) I've gotten stress pimples. Stress is from the excitement that Breaking Dawn is about 3 days away now. If I think about it before I try to go to bed, I get so jumpy I can't sleep. Luckily, my mom baught me The Host (which is phonomenal!) so it kind of mellows me out. I need to write a thank you note to Stephenie Meyer for that. LOL

3) I deleted any and all files that contain AOL stuff. I think I missed a few because the dialer is still working, which is why I am on right now. But myspace won't load on my computer! It's really bugging me! So now I'm downloading AIM so I can get Parker to get on my myspace for me and change some things.

4) My mom got us broadband! I'm so excited! It's activated on the fourth, though, and I wish it was closer, but I'll take what I can get! They compared the speeds of high-speed, broadband, and dial-up to water in pipes. High-speed is a water pipe under the road, it GUSHES at an extremely fast rate and never slows. Broadband is a fire-hydrant, when the water is blasting out the top. And dial-up is a leaky faucet.

Yeah, that's sad.

5) I have an orthodontist appointment on the ninth. Ugh. It's for my jaw though. My teeth don't align the way they are supposed to, and it makes my jaw pop and ache all the time. Especially when I'm eating. So we're going to discuss me getting braces. Ughhh.

6) I discovered the magic that is Travis. Travis is an older band, who is counted in the big book of rock. SM also used on of their songs in T's playlist. Why Does it Always Rain on Me? It's pure, sweet honey in words. I dream about it. My brother even woke me up one night claiming I wouldn't stop singing! It's hilarious. I can't find the CD anywhere, and my internet isn't working well enough for me to download it or find it on Amazon. Sadness. Haha.
